Shipping Options:

  • We offer two shipping packages:

    2. Secure Shipping: $15.99

  • Additionally, we have a promotional package with free shipping for orders over $79.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 15-20 business days.

  • Secure Shipping: Approximately 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

Order Processing:

  • Our order processing time is 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

  • Once processed, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, order date and time, order status, and package tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment on the carrier's official website within 24 hours of receiving the Shipment Confirmation email.

Damaged Items:

  • We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email customer@snooby.co within 3 business days of receiving your shipment and include a photo of the damaged items.

  • If possible, document any issues with the delivery (e.g., damaged or soaked package) with the carrier upon receipt of your order.

Incorrect Address:

  • If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email customer@snooby.co as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

Notes:

  • Orders may experience delays during peak times. If your shipping time has passed and your goods are still not available, please wait patiently for an additional 5 days before contacting us.

  • If there are still no goods after this period, please notify us via email at customer@snooby.co, and our customer support staff will assist you promptly.
