Refund policy

At SNOOBY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


📧 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at customer@snooby.co within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo of the item (if damaged or defective).

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item.
    Do not return items without prior confirmation – unauthorized returns may not be processed.


💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Credit/Debit Card refunds: processed within 7 business days.

    • PayPal refunds: processed within 3 business days.


🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us with photos of the item and packaging.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or error on our part.

  • For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company and bank (processing delays may occur).

  3. If still unresolved, email us at customer@snooby.co.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Returns without prior authorization.

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error.


ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for purchases made through snooby.co.

  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

  • Please allow up to 24 business hours for our support team to respond.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
