Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo of the item (if damaged or defective).

Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item.
Do not return items without prior confirmation – unauthorized returns may not be processed.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit/Debit Card refunds: processed within 7 business days.

PayPal refunds: processed within 3 business days.

🔄 Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us with photos of the item and packaging.

For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
